Brull 88 "House Rules" are guidelines intended to enhance your co-living experience in Valencia. They promote three main values:

- Be respectful of your housemates' privacy. Do not enter another room without the specific permission of the room tenant.
The apartment's main door should be always closed and locked. Please lock this door anytime you leave or enter the apartment.
The main lobby door of the building should always be closed. Please do not let anyone that is not familiar to you, enter the building.
Keep communal spaces clean. Please avoid leaving your personal belongings like clothes, shoes, bags, reading materials, towels in these areas. Please wash your dishes and kitchenware no more than one hour after their use.
Please do not consume any food, drinks, hygiene products or any other consumables owned by another housemate, without their specific consent. Please label your food and other products and/or keep them in your specified allocated spaces and shelves in the fridge, kitchen cupboards, and bathroom.
Loud music or loud social visits by guests should be tamed to comfortable levels, no later than 11:00PM. Complete quiet is required by 2:00AM including in the rooms, unless all other housemates are informed and agree in advance, to having guests or noise past this time.
SAVE OUR PLANET! activation of a central A/C unit shall be limited to 24 degrees Celsius in cold mode, and to 27 degrees Celsius in hot mode.
Washing machine should not be activated past 11:00PM. Please schedule your washing cycles, showers and/or long bathroom uses in collaboration with your sharing housemates.
SAVE OUR PLANET! Please avoid excessive use and conserve water and electricity, within your room and in the communal areas. Please shut off light switches when you leave any space, and please limit your time in the shower to reasonable and effective.
Other housemates may be persons of various cultural, ethnic, religious, sexual, or political affiliations, that are different than yours.
Even worse: they might be football fans of a different club!!!
