The building at V. Brull 88, was purchased in 2020 and has undergone extensive renovations. The complete works included renewing the building façade, installation of an elevator, brand new water piping and electricity wiring throughout, sealing of all potential leakage from rooftop to patio and exterior walls, staircase, installation of new windows and more.
